Meet the Owner
Matthew Roberts is a Midwest entrepreneur, commercial real estate appraiser, AI researcher, real estate investor, and recruiter.
He discovered the power of hiring virtual assistants firsthand by recruiting a quality virtual assistant for himself at his 9-to-5. He immediately grew his commission income through increased productivity. And gained back time, freeing up two days of every work week in the first three months. Matthew founded VA Fast Track in 2023 to help other professionals and small business owners do the same.
He’s focused on high-leverage, high-yield strategies that allow individuals to do more with less without sacrificing quality or control. And having smart, reliable help is the fastest way to more than 2x your productivity.
Matthew built a proprietary 30-point recruiting and vetting system to find high quality candidates, and runs his own operations with the support of a trusted VA team. He currently employs two VAs personally, and has hired many others over time as contract labor.
In addition to running VA Fast Track, Matthew is a real estate investor with a track record of profitable flips and a growing rental portfolio. Across all ventures, his focus remains the same: build smart systems, leverage great talent, and invest in assets that produce freedom. He now uses his free time to support charity at home, volunteering regularly with his local food pantry.
